We will not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations. This policy applies to all donor information received by the Veterans Advocacy Foundation, both online and offline, on any Platform (‘Platform’, includes the VetBiz website – vetbiz.com and mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications. We will only share your personal information if you give us specific permission to do so. To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation. Information submitted to us is only available to onsite employees for purposes of processing donations and other regulatory processes. Users may opt out of receiving future mailings at any time by sending an email to admin@vetbiz.com. Upon request, VetBiz is willing to provide you with the information we maintain about you so that you are able to request corrections such as a change of address.
